Instead of targeting the desparate migrants, how about going after the people that employ and thereby exploit these honest, hard-working people?

Or better still, how about forcing the employers that exploit this labour force to provide wages and working conditions that the local labour pool could live with and simply replace the migrant force?

Afterall, it is the primarily those with wealth that employ the migrants. It's not like they can not afford to provide better compensation.
