At Langley Air Force Base, home of the next generation F22 stealth fighter, they're taking incoming fire from - seagulls.
The birds have a habit of picking up oysters & dropping them on the runway, then swooping down to consume the innards.
But at 200 mph, an oyster is enough to damage an F22. Especially if it gets sucked into an engine.

Ah, natural selection at work.
One day an oyster will learn how to fly.
