are there any Babble historians who know how many times GHW Bush and Dick Cheney voted to initiate and to continue aggressions, during the Vietnam War ?
thank you for any detailed replies or links to any well-referenced pages that address this particular historical detail.

I think Dick Cheney was in college, and then working for politicians (rather than being one). Dunno about GB senior though.

GB Senior was only in congress from 1967 - 1971 if that helps.

Wikipedia can be useful for this kind of research. Just plug in George H.W. Bush and Dick Cheney.
George Bush the elder was a US Congressman and CIA Director during portions of the Vietnam War.
Dick Cheney is one of the chickenhawks who was of military age during the Vietnam War but got five draft deferments instead and never served. Between 1969 and 1975 Cheney was a White House staffer under Nixon and Ford.
