Bell is up to their old tricks.

After coming out with their 10 cents per minute, $20.00 maximum, evening and weekend long distance plan. Bell re-establish themselves as the long distance queen. Winning back many cunsumers. And most opted for Bell's new $20.00 maximum program as insurance against higher bills.

Bell's "First Rate" and "First Choice" long distance programs are now more expensive. Hidden fees and network charges have become monthly minimums.

Read the whole story at Public Interest Advocacy Center web site.

Imagine on December 14,2002. You must pay $7.90 monthly or $94.80 a year for choosing Bell.
