In the recently closed walmart workers' thread, I mentioned that retail clerks, stock shelvers, loading-dock workers wouldn't vote to pay themselves as much as "more highly skilled, harder-working people than themselves."

I'm tired. This was not meant to imply that all walmart managers [say] work harder than all these people in these other positions.

My point is that being forced to deal fairly and honestly with "employees" as equal human beings won't end up with people being asked to get a full-partnership for providing a relatively less significant contribution.

People will, I believe, ask for what is sensible and fair. I give people that credit.

Sorry for all of my enemies who imagined that I was going to breakdown and ask for forgiveness for the abuse I've been doleing out over the years.
