quote:ST. PAUL, Minnesota (AP) -- A hospital apologized for a laboratory mistake that resulted in the amputation of a healthy woman's breasts after she was mistakenly told she had an aggressive form of cancer.
(CNN) There isn't enough money to atone for such an error. Just as sad, it won't be the last such incident. (Why getting a second opinion is always wise!)

Can you believe the hospitals medical director called it a "mix-up"? A mix-up is when you book two patients in the same time slot, Dr. Cutting someones breasts off is NOT a mix-up. I mean, did anyone notice she wasn't sick?
