Hi all,

I thought feminists in Toronto would be interested in the following event:

Equal Voice Youth (a group that works to get more women into and interested in politics) and University College at the University of Toronto present:

Elizabeth May, Leader of the Green Party of Canada
"From Not-for Profit to the Ballot Box"
Friday, 10 November 2006, 6:30pm-8:30pm
Junior Commom Room, University Collge, University of Toronto
Free Admission

We would appreciate an RSVP by Nov. 6 at [email protected]. so we roughly know numbers. But if you don't RSVP please come anyway!

May will be speaking about her transition to politics and being a woman in politics. The talk is not limited to women, but we especially want to encourage young women to come out! It should be fun.

Spread the word to all your friends.

Thanks!
