MARK CROSS, England—Police searched a former Catholic orphanage that now serves as a decrepit Islamic school yesterday as authorities announced 16 arrests in an investigation of possible terrorist retreats and recruitment in the East Sussex countryside.

Al-Qaeda in Iraq dealt 'serious blow' with commander's arrest

Iraqi forces have arrested the second-most senior operative of al-Qaeda in Iraq, dealing a "serious leadership crisis" to the militant organization, the country's national security adviser said Sunday

So, it looks like Al-Qaeda IS in Iraq, (that may help President G. Bush a bit), and more radical Muslims are found in the UK (that's at least 35 in the past month).
