I am not really sure that the Grey Cup is part of the "real world" which is available to others but not to my cappuccino-swizzling self. So, I think I will just go to the park and play with my kids and their dog. It may not be "real", but it's all I've got.

Jeff, it would be easier to say, "I don't watch football."

Bombers all the way! My dad must be estatic right now! He was at the point where he couldn`t even listen to the games. God took him because she knew how much my dad wanted to see the Bombers win. This was a game worth dying to see.

Marc - Where will you be after the game? I'll give you such an egging. Even if the Bombers win or lose. I'll make sure the eggs are not from genetically, steriod enhanced chickens.

Winnipeg is as Eastern as Bret Hull is American. The Beast from the East IS the best in the West.

John: The bombers can be either because Manitoba strattles East and West.

M'boy, It's kind of like the Stanley Cup, but it's a prize they give out to the best football team in the Canadian Football league. I know, it's tough to keep up with all of these sports thangs.

Trinnity - Forgive KBMB for asking what it is. Ottawa hasn't had a CFL team in several years. But Ottawa gets a team next year. Let's hope they don't draft a dead guy for a 3rd time in as many draft years. *LOL*

Wonderful. More steroid-laden pro-athletes. Just what Ottawa needs.

JCL, there IS snow on the ground.

Three cheers for the Bombers - they did their best. Way to go Bombers - we are proud of you - Grey cup in 2002!

Three cheers for this years champions - go babies go, go babies go. Atleast Ralph will be drinking some good beer for a change.

In sports - this is not out of line, but a build up to next year`s match

Sports are about winners and losers, conventions are not. Sports are about local pride and postering - conventions are measures about how little or how much we understand each other across this great nation. So let`s be as obnoxious as we can here and get it out of our system like so many litres of baby juice.
