Typically. One can't have opinions by Africans as to what happens in Africa. Or at least not the Africans that Western leaders don't pick and choose.

That's what meetings of the G8 are for, the same way the continent of Africa was divided for colonial powers then, it is being marked for further exploitation and colonization now.
