For those of you who make use of the "PayPal" internet payment service for buying and selling on EBay or other sites, you might want to have a look at the collection of "horror stories" on this site.
According to the stories on the site, PayPal is in the habit of seizing account balances for very frivolous reasons, with a wall of e-mail form letters and voice mail hell to keep consumer complaints for being resolved.
