Thank you FM ! Amongst the comments I read, some are oozing with arrogance and severe symptoms of USA's brainwashing of its citizens.

When I saw this thread title, I thought of these kind of pictures that the Bush regime probably does not want seen.

http://www.lucasgray.com/video/peacetrain.html

http://images.google.ca/images?&q=tehran

http://www.irandefence.net/showthread.php?t=32 (not a dial-up friendly page)

Images of people, wearing various styles of clothing, in a bustling city might make it harder to convince anyone that attacking Iran is a good idea.

And I had no idea Tehran got so snowy http://images.google.ca/images?&q=tehran+snow

Any images that humanize 'dem dam dirty terrorists' makes it harder to convince people that any of the wars are a good idea (current or possible future ones) and qualify as pics 'they' didn't want us to see. TY for the post Paul

And then MacArthur wanted to drop nukes on Korea, as if the Soviets and Mao weren't already convinced of their psychopathic tendencies.

And the bastards are probably using their own oil money to pay for it!. The nerve. It's a diabolical nationalist plot to prevent big energy companies from signing totally corrupt production sharing agreements with what could be western-friendly dictators.

I think MacArthur actually wanted to bomb CHina during that time, not just Korea
Makes him look even more like a maniac.

You're right about that. The rest of the world couldn't tell if it was MacArthur or Truman calling the shots. Apparently the plan was to nuke Korea and draw the Soviets and China into a nuclear war. MacArthur said something about "unleashing Chiang Kai-Shek from Taiwan." Madness.
