If passed by the voters of South Dakota this fall, I think South Dakota will have the most restrictive anti-abortion law on the books...and that will guarantee years of litigation over the matter.
If it passes (and it sounds likely that it will), this looks like the case that may be the test case of Roe v. Wade.
