Ahh, thanks. I can use an electronic translator to get a (rough) idea of the whole article.

Oh, and that also gave me enough info. to find an English version of the story in Forbes.

The gist seems to be that they need to do this to compete against US and Asian banks. Rather difficult to prove, that. I'll comment more later, but right now I'm trying to remember what the EU competition policy is on banks and to what extent the regulation of banking behaviour towards customers and employees is EU or national jurisdiction.

Hope1, I'm not sure of the point of this topic? I challenge your topic title, they have ethics. I assume that you are upset that they are not your ethics.
