Marsden is now accused of having criminally harassed a BC radio personality after a short affair between them ended.
I remember that when doubts arose about Marsden's accusations against the coach a number of people objected. I think her subsequent behaviour should settle the matter.

Judge lifts ban on man accusing Rachel Marsden of harassment Thursday, December 12, 2002
A ban on naming a former radio personality who alleges that Rachel Marsden criminally harassed him was lifted Thursday.
Marsden, 28, gained notoriety when she launched a sexual-assault claim against Simon Fraser University swim coach Liam Donnelly. He lost his job but was later reinstated after proving he was the victim.
The Vancouver Sun and Province and CTV applied to set aside the gag order on naming Michael Morgan 52, who met Marsden in the summer of 2000 when he was a broadcaster at Vancouver radio station 1410 CFUN.
The Crown told provincial court Judge Jocelyn Palmer that it did not oppose the media application.
Palmer appeared to agree with the media's position that there wasn't a proper foundation for the ban and that the Crown had no evidence to support it.
She questioned whether she had the jurisdiction to overturn the ban but said that if the Crown agreed to withdraw its application for the ban, she would vacate it. The Crown did so and the ban was removed.
In addition to overturning the ban on Morgan's name, a ban on naming six witnesses in the case was also lifted.
All had been named in bail conditions that Marsden not attempt to contact them. She is still under order not to contact them.
Another bail condition, that Marsden not contact the media, also remains in place. CTV had planned to argue that the media ban be overturned but withdrew its application.
Marsden is alleged to have harassed Morgan with e-mails and telephone voice messages after a brief, intimate relationship ended.
Marsden is also alleged to have sent email to Morgan's associates.
Morgan's former girlfriend Rosemary Keevil has said she received three e-mails from Marsden, who also sent e-mail to Keevil's 16-year-old daughter. Morgan's sister Carole Couchman says she received two e-mails and Mathew Morgan, Michael's son, says he was contacted by Marsden while he was on MSN chat.
Some excerpts from Marsden's communication with Morgan:
Oct. 9, 2002
"And whether or not the papers/documents I took from your home office (for collateral of course, as this is not the first time you have done this to me and I never DID trust you) and the naked pictures I took of you while you were passed out drunk in bed after sex one night (after fireworks back in August) ever see the light of day is up to you. And trust me I won't hesitate to use them."

"As badly as I felt about it at the time. I'm now glad that I took the "collateral" (documents, photos, papers, bills, emails, handwritten letters, etc.) that I did in order to protect myself."
