Visited the ROM.
Went to the anti-war march in Toronto.
Went to an advance showing of "the life of David Gale" (really really bad, BTW) and then a trendy bar in Yorkville (I am so not trendy, but it was a unique experience).
Went to one night of the Rhubarb festival (new one act plays) at Buddies in Bad Times (uneven, but worth it for emergency exit's "where you are now" alone).
And tonight I'll be renting a movie (maybe Dancer in the dark or children of the corn or something no one else ever wants to see).

A pretty exciting week for me.

This week I was jealous of swirrlygrrl, and I also missed her while contemplating hilarious cult related gossip.

But for pity's sake rent Children of the Revolution, not Children of the Corn!

But I've already seen Children of the Revolution! And its actually the sequels, like 4 or 5 or whatever, to Children of the Corn that I always beg to rent - the ones that on the back of box the only blurbs are from "Children of the corn digest" and other totally fake places. Sometimes things are so bad they're good, or at least that's the theory I'm going on.

I can't believe someone is envious of my life. I'll definately make up for this week by staying home and crocheting and reading a lot for the next month, leaving my home only for work, groceries and of course endless political meetings.
