"... CUPE 15 knew who was eligible because we were required to fill out time sheets. However, rather than just paying the monies owed to those who were eligible an application process was initiated in the Fall of 2001. Essentially this is like a negative billing format, i.e. unless you tell us you want your money we're going to keep it..."

CUPE_Reform if by choosing this name you are trying to say that you are demanding for reforms or changes at the CUPE, Count me in I am with you. CUPE seem to think that they can discriminate against their members in so many ways and get away with it. They use the union dues that they collect from us to hire top nudge lawyers to cover up their in-humane acts. Well that has to change, no more of this. What does CUPE national has to say about the CUPE 15 and action of its executives?
It is about tiem that not everyoen who is upposedly "pro-union" is pro-workers. Soem fo these folks like to have a group of people that they can lead and be theri boss and where else better than orgnaized workers. They would need to realized that as executives and union employees they are tehr to serve the members not to boss aroudn the members. Members are the boss not the executives or CUPE employees.
