Canada can't protest the BOMB in Nevada?

Is the US worried that Indian nuclear physicists & engineers didn't need Bush to draw them CARTOONS on the technology? Bush is feeling threatened, or are the big Basel bankers worried they can't pay back their CorporateWar loans?
