On this thread one of this county's business icons, BCE, was dealt a real blow in an area that it is supposedly looking to as a growth area.

And, as I said there, I've always managed to get very good service and satisfaction from Bell and affiliates, but only since I GO. TO. THE. TOP. with every single issue as it arises.

It seems that the "underlings" are so constricted by "policy", and that so much information/communication gets lost in the beaurocracy that the only way to be sure things get done is through this special office that Bell maintains.

How much can that cost? How much negative publicity occurs because the rest of the organisation, the parts the public/consumer is invited to contact screws up, so badly, so often? How can it be that an outfit run by such "whizzes" cannot see what is happening, and fix it ?
