Nigeria's works minister has given out his mobile phone number and urged people to use it if they see any pot-holes or have a traffic accident.

Somehow I think he's going to regret this.

Wow...He's going to have to change his number pretty quickly...We have enough trouble with potholes and crap here and I can't imagine what it would be like for governments lacking money (or even a stable country...) to spend on infrastructure.
