Anatoly Titsky, 47, spent months erecting the “maximum security correctional facility” deep in a forest.
He dug a deep trench around the camp and surrounded it with a 20ft-high barbed wire fence.
And 20 ferocious guard dogs patrolled day and night, trained to kill any of the family if they tried to escape.

Under questioning Titsky — who had been banned from looking after his kids — finally admitted he “had been a little strict” on them.

I guess that's one way of keeping your children from dating weirdos.

Wow.

The children were first taken to an orphanage. But now the authorities have allowed the family to reunite and they are living in a remote village in Siberia.

Let's hope the "reuniting" happened sans whackjob dad.

Nope, the dad is there (from what I can glean from the story). Nutjob.

Those kids need some serious counselling and support if they are to function later in life. I suspect they won't get it. How sad.
