CTV had a segment today saying the premiers meeting in Quebec City have called on Harper to implement the Kelowna Accord, and on CTV's Question Period today Paul Martin was asked about Kelowna. Question Period will be on at 5 pm on CTV Newsnet, and throughout the day on CTV affiliates.This is the only link I've seen so far.

Per student, Charest said native children receive half what other Canadians get for education.
The premiers are hoping for a first ministers' meeting with Harper in the coming months, but Charest said the discussions could also take the form of a less formal meeting with representatives from the provinces and territories, as well as those from native communities.
The national chief of the Assembly of First Nations, Phil Fontaine, said the support of the premiers is critical as his organization attempts to convince the Conservative government to invest some of the $5.1 billion attached to the Kelowna Accord.
