Not everyone can be a Hero of Labour of the People's Democratic Republic of Korea.
But Fidel also got the Hammer and Sickle Gold Medal, AND the Order of the National Flag (First Class!)

It's a nice honour for Fidel. He misses out on too many friendly dictator of the month awards. Always a bridesmaid never a bride, as they say.
