This is an interesting story.

Russian family could return to Canada sooner

quote:
A family of Russians who want to settle in Nova Scotia set sail on Wednesday after learning they may not have to live outside of the country for as long as they first thought before being allowed back.

Vitaly Bondarenko, his wife Marina and their two sons Ivan, 12, and Vasily, 6, left Lunenburg on their boat, Viajero, which has been the family's floating home for the past 14 years.
