"..Microsoft Corp. executives have called the open-source software Linux a "cancer." They've even described the increasingly popular technology -- an alternative to Microsoft's proprietary Windows operating systems -- as "unAmerican.." Oh no. Not unAmerican!! Guess that means it's not for me, then. (Excuse me, seem to have embedded my tongue too deeply into my cheek)

I guess it's unamerican as it doesn't seek to maximally exploit the differences between MS and the user? What else could they mean?
