Two weeks ago, actually. I hadn't heard about it until now. Finally some good news out of Haiti. Why do I get the feeling that Mr. Paul "I asked Latortue and he told me there are no polical prisoners in Haiti" Martin had nothing to do with this?1 gone 99 more to go?

^^actually I should have said "One gone 699 to go?' since
quote: the Catholic Church's Justice & Peace Commission estimates there are 700 of them)[political prisoners]. People suspected of criticizing the interim regime or supporting the elected government it displaced are routinely arrested, and just as routinely kept away from judges who might test the government's accusations.
