Ontario Ministry of Labour refused to investigate illegal lay off, reprisals, unpaid overtime and vacation time because in its ignorance ridiculed medical evidence and called bipolar person not credible witness because he did not sleep for 2 days during mania episode.
Ontario Ministry of Labour committed FRAUDELANT CONCEALMENT when MOT learned that manager was fired for harassing other worker but failed to advise sick worker.
The law states that vacation time accumulates during sick leave but Ontario Ministry of Labour said NO to depressed man.
Ontario Ministry of Labour said YES to ILLEGAL practices to spy on employee because he was suicidal.
Ontario Ministry of Labour kept BLIND EYE to intimidation and illegal firing of my witnesses.
