The U.K Liberal Democratic Party announced the results of their leadership race on March 2, and Menzies Campbell, the party's foreign affairs spokesperson and acting party leader won on the second ballot with 57% of the vote.
Youngish former economics journalist Chris Huhne finished in 2nd and Simon Hughes, who admitted to lying about his sexuality during the course of the race, finished in 3rd.
