BBC:

A controversial website that allows whistle-blowers to anonymously post government and corporate documents has been taken offline in the US.

Wikileaks.org, as it is known, was cut off from the internet following a California court ruling, the site says.

The case was brought by a Swiss bank after "several hundred" documents were posted about its offshore activities.

Other versions of the pages, hosted in countries such as Belgium and India, can still be accessed.

when Chinese Dissidents set up a website, there is a REAL good chance that they do it with the assistance of the American CIA, because that's one of the primary things the CIA does (recruit dissidents in countries they want to interfere in).

I have a feeling that this website will stay up, or that if it fails, another 3 like it will pop-up with mirrors & redundancy.

And now they're exposing corruption in banking and general kick-back and graft in the west. Perfect.
