Yeah, well, most restaurants are s**tholes, and only the most egregiously disgusting are ever cited. The ONLY way to ensure that the food you are eating is sanitary is to cook it yourself.

I beg to differ. I love dining outside. Its great to be living in a country where you try out all sorts of cuisines.

Hey, I didn't say there was anything wrong with eating out. It's just that virtually every restaurant in the *world* is unsanitary, and even *if* they get checked and passed by the health department (and a *lot* of restaurants only get checked every couple of years) it doesn't mean the restaurant is sanitary.

I eat out all the time. But it requires a lot of suspension of disbelief, lol. I have to consciously block out of my mind what I know about restaurants (and hotels) in order to enjoy it.
