MISSOULA, Mont. -- W.R. Grace and Co. and seven of its senior employees conspired for decades to hide the health dangers posed by asbestos at its vermiculite mine near Libby, Mont., and intentionally exposed mine workers and townspeople to illness and death, a U.S. federal grand jury charged Monday. A 10-count indictment accuses Grace executives and managers of intentionally keeping secret studies spelling out the risk cancer-causing tremolite asbestos posed to customers, employees and Libby residents.

Here's a Kansas City Star link.
Any short-selling specialists out there? Woburn's stock will shortly be trading for pennies, if at all.

We studied the Woburn case in our environmental legislation course last semester. Interesting, though I think it was partly because the instructor wanted an excuse to take up a class with a movie.

He did. Even by his standards, it was a non sequitur.

Well now it appears to have been a delayed sequitur. Sequitur interuptus.
