Anyone know the Country's theme for IWD this year - Women and technology???

Please tell me why with issues like child poverty and women's poverty the subject of world disgrace and an iminent war that will surely result in the deaths of many women and children how it is that Status of Women Canada arrives at the Nation's theme for IWD???

In Toronto the theme is peace and justice, I thought somehow that the Country and all regions would have same theme or similar?
