Hold on. If i remember correctly the bushwhacker government claims the Geneva convention does not apply because this is a "terrrorist" issue. But the u.s. is on record with having been served a formal declaration of war by Al Qaeda. And Bush has referred to the issue as a "war". Is there no one with the ability or courage to shove this denial of the Geneva Convention down their throat? Is there no mechanism of sanctioning the u.s.? If so, that has to be the most horrifying aspect of the whole conflict.
