Author Topic: Taupo half ironman cancelled Southlander rabble-rouser Babbler # 10465 posted 15 August 2006 11:33 PM                    The local council cancelled after recieving one written complaint, and one counceller giving verbal observations. They did not even ask the organiser if the complaints were true. eg letter said there was only one aid station, but there were actually 10 (I know cos I stopped at most of them!)
