Just throwing out a question how would everyone like the UN to be reformed (structurally and constitutionally) in order to make a better world body?

i would love to see the u.n.become the influential world governing body that it could evolve into given enough honourable,support from all countries. churches don't belong equal representation of women would help
[bolton and] the american administration have, for far too long, alternatly attacked and ignored the u.n. canada seems to be beginning to adopt more american behaviors there and this worries me
did you read somewhere that over 90% of international operations were under the u.n. in the early 1990's and it is down to 3% now? i don't recall where i saw this but it was recent.
