This is disheartening.
Saddam's food system.
Wonder if the US has a response to this situation. Or is this yet another problem that Iraqis need to deal with themselves. It's not like the States has anything to do with the people going hungry.

Tactically, a bad situation for the US. Hungry people are definitely angry people.

Hey, maybe the Senlis Council, the think tank that said hungry Afghani farmers should begin growing drugs, could suggest a solution.
