Read Heather Mallick's column,
Protect all women while they're alive
published June 2nd on CBC news viewpoint regarding the "fetal homicide" bill. (see thread on fetal homicide bill)

Heather Mallick is one of the very few feminist voices left in public places ... her CBC column generated a lot of negative responses (they appear below her column).

Hence, I am posting here hoping that anyone in this forum who has a few minutes to spare, might be encouraged to send an email to: [email protected] in Heather's defence.

It must be incredibly frustrating for Heather Mallick to continue being one of the few feminist voices left in MSM ... there are so many articulate individuals on babble that I am hoping that some of you might consider showing some solidarity with Heather and countering the verbage of the misogynist types who responded.

Thanks!

ok. done that. it may be that her editors are only posting the negative letters. they state that only some letters are chosen. lets hope that she has had lots of support that they won't publish. i love her work and quit reading the g&m when she left.
