A judge recently overturned the death penalty in a recent Florida case.

He rules that it was illegal to include the use of pancuronium bromide in the "death cocktail" because it is medically unnecessary and is used only to suppress muscle spams and give an appearance of a peaceful death.

Here is a picture of the judge, in his law chambers: http://i.usatoday.net/news/_photos/2008/06/10/burgex.jpg

Maybe he can persuade his pal Obama to change his position and come out against the death penalty.

Or maybe not.

Maybe not.

Don't you realize that Obama needs to get elected?

Opposing the death penalty would be far too extreme radical leftist for the U.S. electorate.

You're just a McCain shill.

Go, Obama, go! Get elected, and then pull all your progressive policies out of the closet!!!

Yeah.
