About 65 workers at five Ideal Child Services Group sites will be in a legal strike position on March 8. We are working hard to avert job action and keep services going for children and families.
We don’t want to strike, but we have to stand up for fairness. We can’t accept an employer offer that leaves us falling behind other child care workers when it comes to fair sick leave provisions, adequate wage increases and benefits.
