I hadn't known that there was still controversy over who invented noodles -- I thought it was accepted that they didn't appear in the Mediterranean until Marco Polo brought them back from China.
But, so, anyway -- good confirmation. Those ones actually look quite nice. I like rice noodles in some recipes better than wheat and/or egg ones, although I think I've just been warned by RB that the rice ones turn to sugar very fast. Sigh. Perhaps millet is even superior?
