Yes, I knew you were kidding, Michelle.I have some mixed feelings about cosmetic surgery. I have a scar on my forehead that I had a reduction procedure on when I was 16 -- this was long before the advent of the laser techniques they use now. It didn't reduce it, just changed the shape. I now have a lightening bolt much like Harry Potter (which goes nicely with the unruly black hair and green eyes, too). I considered giving it another try a few years ago. Part of me felt it would be nice to have a blemish-free forehead, but another part of me felt like I was giving in. It's my face, it's had a scar on it for as long as I can remember. Why wouldn't it? I wouldn't judge someone else for choosing to go do it. It just felt too odd for me to. Taking the cosmetic surgery thing to the level of primping for a wedding, though... Urgh. Bad enough to have to wear a (usually) evil dress not of your choosing!
