Wendy Brown, of Green Bay, was charged with felony identity theft after enrolling in Ashwaubenon High School as her daughter, who lives in Nevada with Brown's mother.
The criminal complaint said Brown admitted to telling school officials she was 15 because she wanted to get her high school diploma and join the cheerleading squad.

The weird thing is, she probably could have attended high school anyhow as an adult - if you go full-time at a regular high school, they'll allow adults to integrate into regular high school classes - at least, they did when I was in high school because there were the occasional adult students coming back to get their diploma.

So whats the penalty? If some mum can pass as 15 then I'm so jealous. Seems like she has proirs for similar offences.
