Is it possible for a feminist to *not* agree with every single other feminist on the planet?

I'm shocked that my topic was instantly locked and my account deleted just because someone thought that my wanting to debate certain topics ment that I was anti-feminist and really a male troll. Now, if we want to fight about my sex, all I can say is, I'm all woman.

Just because one calls into question one or two points, how on earth is that being "anti-feminist"? I'm not asking this bitterly, I just want to know which points this board considers to be essentual to feminism, so that I do not make further mistakes.

To me feminism means (and please feel free to correct me):
~Breaking down traditional gender roles which have classed women as inferior servants
~Eliminating sexism and gender inequality
~Eliminating gender-related stereotypes and expectations
~Encouraging woman to activly pursue the realization of these goals.

Please, I know I'm young, but if there's any big piece I'm severely missing, let me know.

Also, is the playing of devil's advocate for the purpose of exploring others' ideas (NOT to annoy... I can sort of see how my way of debating can be mistaken for trolling) unwelcome on these boards?

Women's rights are not up for debate. And we don't need anyone playing the 'devil's advocate'. I understand you're young and it saddens me that you seem to have such an extremely low opinion of women (and by extension yourself perhaps?).

I read your Men's Rights post and you know, it reminds me of me back when i was 19 and a Conservative. I actually wrote a paper about how women should not receive equal pay for work of equal value. After educating myself (and taking some women's studies courses), I have since come to an entirely different conclusion. I can only hope that you don't have to suffer the way many of us women have, because let me tell you, your tune will quickly change.

As such, it is generally not accepted to throw us back into the most fundamental debates (read previous threads, get acquainted with what has been said, and understand what has been said) before you start out pissing a lot of people off.

It's also not acceptable to come back and make a new account when your old one gets banned. The whole point of banning is, you know, not posting here anymore.
