Here's one for you Linux babblers out there!

Xandros now has an "Open Circulation" ... in otherwords "free" edition of its desktop Linux operating system available.

Its minus the proprietary software like Star Office 7 and the Codeweavers Crossover Office software that lets you run Windows software on Linux.

You can download it from here using Bit Torrent:Xandros Open Circulation edition

Unzip it and then burn the ISO image to CD.

By the way I have been testing a 30 day "demo" version of the "full" Xandros Desktop O/S and I am very impressed indeed! Xandros was built on the remnants of Corel's original Linux project.

I've honestly got to say that its actually easier to install than M$ Windows! Installation was a breeze on an ancient 333 MHz. Celeron computer. A computer newbie could do it!

North America has been slow in adopting Linux. In Europe, Asia and Latin America Linux is growing like crazy!
