I think this is hilarious
U.S. Investigates Voting Machines’ Venezuela Ties

If nothing else, perhaps this will teach the right wing "the private sector can do it better" crowd the dangers of contracting out

Hilarious. Pots and kettles come to mind.

Who would Chavez favour, anyway? It's not as though Democrats are going to bend over backwards to help out America's poor.

Just wait for the conspiracy theories that'll pop up on right wing websites and open mouth radio shows if the Democrats do take Congress.

Considering that elections in the US are so restricted and often mired in fraud, I doubt the machines would make much difference.

The article even quotes investigators saying it's pretty much an impossibility that the Venezuelan government would try to influence elections in the US.

Too bad the same doesn't apply the other way around.

Of course not but I doubt that will stop Fox News from saying otherwise.

Well, truth is stranger than fiction.

And the American system is 90% corrupt. So, it's time to pick it up a notch !

First, the pro-Bush DIEBOLD corporation RIGGED the elections for Bush-Wacko, and then the
pro-Dem SMARTRONIC corporation rigged the election for "leftist" democrats via Chavez
& co.

A highly corrupt "touchE" !!! (Except the Repubs
rigged the latter rigging, so only the poor ol'
Dems get caught...)

(kinda makes the techno-primitive pencil/paper/box method seem superior, donut ?
heh heh)
