Just bumping this because for some reason the author and contents of the first post don't appear on TAT, and the title doesn't appear on Babble's main page. Thanks for this, Cougyr. I checked out the link, and might read the larger report when I'm at a computer that can handle large PDF files, as I'd like to learn more about how this could be the case.
