Hi - about that contigent of 500 or so people being sent over to monitor the repeat Ukrainian elections - Aileen Carroll (CIDA minister) has stated that people should register through Canadem. I have dealt with that org superficially in the past and was not too impressed with their organisational capabilities. Anybody know of any other groups that are sending a contigent over?
