What did the Burmese junta do to anger the Americans? I ask because if the government of Myanmar hadn't pissed off Uncle Sam, the cyclone, and the junta's absolutely terrible response to it, would go unnoticed and they wouldn't be earning the condemnation of the West. So what happened? Did the generals not allow an American conglomerate to set up shop in their country?
