Videla was one of the main dictators in the junta, along with Massena, Galtieri and Viola, if I recall. You may well be thinking of the great Argentine poet Juan Gelman www.juangelman.org - his son and pregnant daughter-in-law were "disappeared" and murdered in captivity. Gelman's grandchild - turns out to be a girl - was found in Uruguay. Fortunately her adoptive parents don't seem to be fascists - she has been reunited with Gelman and seems to be taking the situation fairly well, which is not always the case. Gelman's poetry is extraordinary and much of it has been translated into other languages.
