You really are a media guy. We can tell because you have absolutely no clue about fairness or accuracy in reporting.

The reason for hijacking the plane:

quote:
"I am a Christian and don't want to serve a Muslim army," he wrote, adding that he had been attending church since 1998.

But I understand in the search for material exampling the unreasonable nature of Muslim people, I can see why you would add the particular spin that you did.

No, just the hijackers. Unfortunately, you persist in attributing motives. Anyway, everybody seems to have gotten it wrong at first. Your reply comes nine hours after my original post.

Funny that, all the media types jumping to the conclusion that this was anti-Pope Muslim terrorism. Must be eh? Seeing as Turkey is a predominantly Muslim country and the Pope is at the Vatican, which is in Italy.

Journalism at is peak, I'd say?

Not quite cricket for me to attribute motives to you. You are right. Rude actually.

So, if you had the full information ten hours ago do you think you would have bothered posting this? You can examine your own motives on that, and I don't really need an answer.

Be that as it may, what do you attribute the recent rash of Christian terrorism too?

Sure, any hijacking post-9/11 is worthy of note...
